NOTE: To use the steps in this article you need to have an Internet connection.
For information about how to connect to the Internet, click the Help menu, click
Help Topics, click the Index tab, type "internet service provider" (without the
quotation marks) in the "Type the first few letters of the word you're looking
for" box, and then click Display.

To change to the OFX format in Money, disable your current Online Services, and
then download the latest information from your financial institution or online
service provider. To do this, follow these steps:

1. On the Money navigation bar, click Online Banking.

2. Click Online Banking & Investments, and then click the financial
   institution you want to configure.

3. Click Getting Started, and then click Change Online Services.

4. If your financial institution allows you to specify the services provided for
each account, such as CheckFree Services (CFS), Open Financial Connectivity
(OFC), and some Open Financial Exchange (OFX) financial institutions, follow
these steps. If your financial institution does not allow you to specify
services for each account, continue to step 5. If your financial institution
does not allow you to specify services for each account, follow these steps:

   a. Click the following option, and then click Next.

Modify Online Services for an account. Use this option to setup new services
or add services to a new account.

   b. Click Next until you see the "Select the <bank name> account you
would like to setup for online services" dialog box.

   c. Click the account you want to configure, and then click Next.

NOTE: Each account that uses Online Services has a lightning bolt icon next
   to the account name.

   d. Click to clear the Online Statements and Online Bill Payment check boxes,
      and then click Next.

   e. When you are prompted to disable the service, click Yes.

   f. Repeat steps A-E for each account for which you want to disable Online
      Services.

   g. Click Next, and then click Finish.

5. For financial institutions that use an account list to enable specific
accounts for online services, such as VISA/Integrion and some OFX financial
   institutions, follow these steps:

   a. Click "Cancel Online Services for all accounts," and then click Next.

   b. Click Yes, click Next, and then click Finish.

NOTE: All references to past electronic transactions are changed to manual
transactions in the account. Any existing Automatic Payments (Apays) in the
Bills Calendar are converted to manual recurring payments. You cannot use Money
to inquire about electronic payments (Epays). To inquire about any Epays,
contact your financial institution or Money service provider to find out about
any electronic transactions for your account(s).

After you complete the conversion process, you can recreate your Apays in the
Bills area.
