NOTE: To use the steps in this article you need to have an Internet connection.
For information about how to connect to the Internet, click the Help menu, click
Help Topics, type "Configure Money to connect to the Internet" (without the
quotation marks) in the Ask Money box, and then click Search.

To change your Money online services to use the OFX format for your financial
institution, download the latest information from your financial institution or
Money service provider. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Send any electronic transactions and read any statements downloaded from your
   financial institution.

2. In Online Financial Services Manager, double-click the financial institution
you want to reconfigure for Online Services.

3. Click Online Setup, and then click Investigate Offerings.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to configure the latest direct services
   that the financial institution offers.

5. When Money downloads the new information indicating that your financial
institution or Money service provider is using a different driver, Money
launches the Online Service Change wizard.

6. Click Backup, follow the instructions on your screen to back up your data,
   and then click Next.

7. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the wizard.

NOTE: All references to past electronic transactions are changed to manual
transactions in the account. Any existing Automatic Payments (Apays) in the
Bills Calendar are converted to manual recurring payments. You cannot use Money
to inquire about any outstanding electronic payments (Epays) for the financial
institution. To inquire about any Epays from your financial institution, contact
your financial institution or Money service provider.

To keep track of these electronic transactions after you convert to the OFX
format, Money creates a report on all existing payments and all canceled Apays.
This report is stored on your Windows Desktop.

To enable Direct Financial Services, follow these steps:

1. In Online Financial Services Manager, double-click the financial institution
   you want to enable.

2. Click Online Setup, and then click Review Service Details.

3. Read the information on the screen, and then click Finish.

4. Click Read Signup Info, read the information on the screen, and then click
   Finish.

5. Click Change Direct Services (or if this is the first time you have
configured direct services, click Setup Direct Services).

6. Follow the instructions on the screen to step through the wizard.

NOTE: Confirm all personal information based on the latest information sent to
you by your financial institution or Money service provider.
