SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you try to configure Online Services to use an Open Financial
Exchange (OFX) institution, you may receive one of the following error
messages:
 
 - The financial institution Online Services information file could
   not be read. Please try your call again. If the problem persists,
   call Microsoft Technical Support for assistance.
 
 - There was a problem retrieving the Online Services setup files. Try
   to connect again.
 
   If the problem persists, call the Customer Support number for your
   financial institution listed in the Contact Information place in the
   Online area.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This behavior can occur for any of the following reasons:
 
 - The Ofx.dll file may be missing or damaged.
 
 - You may have downloaded the Microsoft Money 98 OFX driver from the
   following Web site:
 
      http://www.microsoft.com/money/OFX/default.htm
 
   The Money 98 OFX driver is not compatible with Money 99.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this issue, delete the Ofx.dll file, and then reinstall
Money 99. To do this, follow these steps:
 
1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
 
2. In the Named box, type "ofx.dll" (without quotation marks), and then
   click Find Now.
 
3. In the list of found files, right-click the Ofx.dll file, and then
   click Delete.
 
4. Reinstall Money 99.
