SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you attempt to install Microsoft Money or use Online Banking on a
Microsoft Windows NT-based computer, you may receive one of the following
error messages:
 
 - Money has detected that a registry entry is missing. Please
   reinstall Money from your original disks.
 
 - Files required for this feature have been removed or have
   been corrupted. You need to run Money Setup again to install
   this feature.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This behavior can occur if the Windows NT account you are using does not
have administrative privileges. You must have administrative privileges to
write information to the registry in Windows NT.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this issue, log on to Windows NT using an account with
administrative privileges.
