SUMMARY
=======
 
Microsoft PhotoDraw includes a shared component called Microsoft Clip
Gallery 5.0. Clip Gallery is both a source of clip art and a tool to
organize your own pictures. Clip Gallery is used by all the programs in the
Microsoft Office family.
 
This article explains how to install Clip Gallery and how to get Help to
add your own pictures to Clip Gallery.
 
If Clip Gallery has not already been installed by another member of the
Office family of products you can install it by following one of the two
procedures below.
 
Install for the First Time
--------------------------
 
If you are installing PhotoDraw for the first time, follow these steps:
 
1. Run PhotoDraw setup.
 
2. When prompted to choose Typical or Custom installation, choose Custom.
 
3. Click Clip Gallery Catalogs.
 
4. Click Change Options.
 
5. Select the catalogs to install. (Pay attention to
   how much space is available on the your drive. If you have less
   than 200 MB free hard drive space PhotoDraw may run slower.)
 
6. Click OK and continue Setup.
 
PhotDraw Is Installed
---------------------
 
If PhotoDraw is already installed, follow these steps:
 
1. Insert PhotoDraw Disc 1 in the CD-ROM drive.
 
2. Click Start point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
 
3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
 
4. Select Microsoft PhotoDraw from the list of installed products,
   and Click Add/Remove.
 
5. Wait for Setup to detect installed components and click Add/Remove.
 
6. Choose Clip Gallery Catalogs.
 
7. Click Change Options.
 
8. Select the catalogs you would like to install. (Pay attention to
   how much space is available on the your drive. If you have less
   than 200 MB free hard drive space PhotoDraw may run slower.)
 
9. Click OK and continue Setup.

To find out more about adding your pictures to the Clip Gallery follow
these steps:
 
1. Open a picture or blank picture.
 
2. On the Insert menu, click Clip Art. The Clip Gallery launches.
 
3. In Clip Gallery, click Help. Clip Gallery Help appears as an icon on the
   Windows task bar.
 
4. Click Clip Gallery Help on the Windows task bar
 
5. Click the Content tab and click "Importing Clips, and then
   Importing Other Clips."
 
6. Follow the instructions in the right-hand Help pane.
