MSN, The Microsoft Network and Microsoft Money 99 have teamed up to
allow you to take full advantage of Money's Internet features at no
charge. If you purchase the Money 99 Basic or Money 99 Financial Suite
CD-ROM, you are entitled to two free hours per month of MSN Internet
access time for a year. If you order the trial version on CD-ROM, you
are entitled to one free month of unlimited Internet access and e-mail
on MSN.

These offers are available to everyone using the Windows 95 or later
operating system only, as well as new members of MSN Internet Access
in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only.
 
NOTE: A credit card is required, and MSN Internet Access premium charges
and local phone and/or long distance toll charges may apply. Local market
network activity and capacity may affect access availability. This offer
is currently not available for Windows NT.
 
The two hours per month offer includes MSN client access software only.
You must also subscribe to MSN to access the service. This offer expires
December 31, 1999. The two free hours per month access is available until
12/31/99. Each additional hour will be billed at $2.50/hr (U.S). After
that date, you will be charged the current rate at that time for MSN's
standard membership plan.
 
The one month free offer available with the trial version on CD-ROM
expires on 9/30/99.
 
To install MSN on Windows 95, follow these steps:
 
1. Insert the Money 99 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
 
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
 
3. In the Open box, type the following line
 
      <drive>:\Msn\Setup.exe
 
   where <drive> is the drive letter of the CD-ROM drive.
 
4. Click OK.
 
To install MSN on Windows 98, follow these steps:
 
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
 
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
 
3. Click the Windows Setup tab.
 
4. In the Components box, click to select the Online Services check box.
 
5. Click OK, and then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the
   installation of MSN.
 
   NOTE: You may be prompted to insert your Windows 98 CD-ROM.
 
When the installation of MSN is complete, follow these steps to start MSN:
 
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
 
2. Click Browse.
 
3. In the Look In box, click the hard disk (usually C:) on which Windows 98
   is installed.
 
4. Double-click the Program Files folder.
 
5. Double-click the Online Services folder.
 
6. Double-click the MSN folder.
 
7. Double click the following Msninst.exe file.
 
   NOTE: You may not see the .exe file extension at the end of the file.
 
8. When you return to the Run dialog box, click OK, and then follow the
   instructions on the screen to install MSN.
 
After you install MSN, you are asked to type a registration number. For
the two free hours per month, please refer to the back of your Money 99
CD-ROM jewel case. The registration number is printed on a sticker, and
marked as "MSN REG #". You do not need to type a registration number for
the free month on the Web Trial CD.
 
NOTE: If you are running Windows 98, do not install the version of MSN
found on the Money 99 CD-ROM, as this version of MSN is not intended for
Windows 98. Install the MSN version available on the Windows 98 CD-ROM.
