SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to create an Account Transactions Report or edit an
existing Loan Payment transaction, the program stops responding or you
receive one of the following error messages:

   This operation cannot be performed.

   -or-

   This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.

In the latter case when you click on Details you receive the
following message:

   Msmoney caused an exception 03H in module Mnyob99d.dll.

CAUSE
=====

This is caused by the principal portion of a loan payment not being listed
first in the split window of the loan payment transaction.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue there are two suggested workarounds.

   Return to the previous version of Money and manually edit the
   loan payments so that the category of Principal is listed
   first in the split window. Then convert the file to the new version
   of Money.

   -or-

   Within the current version of Money delete the loan payment
   transactions and the loan account, then recreate the loan and
   its payments.
