SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you attempt to start a retail game on MSN Gaming Zone, you may be prompted
to restart the computer in MS-DOS mode.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This behavior can occur if your computer is configured to prompt you to use
MS-DOS mode when you run ZoneLAN.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
 
1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
 
2. In the Named box, type "zonelan.exe" (without the quotation marks), and then
   click Find Now.
 
3. In the list of found files, right-click the Zonelan.exe file, and then click
   Properties.
 
4. On the Program tab, click Advanced.
 
5. Click to clear the Suggest MS-DOS Mode As Necessary check box.
 
6. Click OK, and then click OK again.
 
7. Close the Find: Files Named Zonelan.exe window.
