SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you attempt to install an MSN Gaming Zone patch, you may receive an
"insufficient space" error message, even if you have enough available hard disk
space on your computer to install the patch.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This behavior can occur if the Temp folder inside your Microsoft Windows folder
contains too many files.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
 
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
 
2. In the Open box, type "Temp" (without the quotation marks), and then click
   OK.
 
3. On the Edit menu, click Select All.
 
4. Press DELETE.
 
5. When you are prompted to send the selected files to the Recycle Bin, click
   Yes.
 
6. Close the Temp window.
 
7. On the Windows desktop, right-click the Recycle Bin icon, and then click
   Empty Recycle Bin.
 
8. When you are prompted to confirm the file deletion, click Yes.
