SYMPTOMS
========

When you import or download a Web Financial Services online statement into
Microsoft Money from the Internet, the statement is downloaded to the
wrong account.

CAUSE
=====

The first time you downloaded an online statement into Money from the
Internet, you associated the statement with the wrong Money account when
you were asked to match that statement to an account in Money.

RESOLUTION
==========

To associate the statement with the correct account, follow these steps:

1. On the navigation bar, click Accounts.

2. Click the arrow to the left of Accounts on the navigation bar. Then,
   click the account that has the wrong statement associated with it. If
   you don't see the account you want, look for it under Other Open
   Accounts or Closed Accounts.

3. In the left pane, click Details.

4. Click Online Setup, to the right of the Financial Institution box.

   NOTE: If the Financial Institution box is empty, Money asks you
   to assign the account to a financial institution. Money then takes
   you to Online Setup for that institution. Otherwise, Money takes
   you directly to Online Setup.

Whether you associate an unassigned account to a financial institution,
complete Online Setup, or do nothing, the next time you download this
online statement, Money will ask you to associate it with the correct
account.
