SYMPTOMS

When you import information from Quicken to MSN Investor, you may see
accounts in Portfolio Manager that you did not import.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This issue can occur if you use hidden accounts in Quicken.
 
WORKAROUND
==========
 
To work around this issue, delete the accounts or change them to Watch
Accounts in Investor. Use the appropriate method for your situation.
 
Deleting an Account from Investor
---------------------------------
 
To delete an account from Investor, follow these steps:
 
1. In Portfolio Manager, click the account you want to delete.
 
2. On the Edit menu in Portfolio Manager, click Delete.
 
3. When you see the warning message, click OK.
 
Making an Account a Watch Account in Investor
---------------------------------------------
 
To make an account a Watch Account in Investor, follow these steps:
 
1. In Portfolio Manager, click the account you want to make a Watch
   Account.
 
2. On the Edit menu in Portfolio Manager, click Account Details.
 
3. Under Options, click to select the Watch Account check box, and then
   click OK.
