SYMPTOMS
========

When adding multiple grow motions to a two-dimensional (2-D) shape, you may
receive the following error message:

   This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the
   problem persists, contact the program vendor.

When you click the Details button, the following message appears:

   LM caused a general protection fault in module DIBENG.DLL at
   000a:00002338.

CAUSE
=====

The number of grow motions you can apply depends on the amount of system
resources your computer has. The error described in the "Symptoms" section may
occur if your system has limited resources (low memory or processor speed).

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this behavior, use no more than four grow motions for any one
shape. If you need to use more than four grow motions, follow these steps:

1. Add the first four grow motions to your shape.

2. On the Timeline Slider, move the Slider Button to the end of the last grow
   motion.

3. Right-click the shape and click Properties.

4. Click the Details tab.

5. In the Dimensions section, note the width, height, and depth (if you have a
   3-D shape) settings. Click the Close button.

6. Right-click the shape and click Copy.

7. Right-click the shape and click Paste.

8. Right-click the new shape and click Properties.

9. Click the Details tab. In the Dimensions section, change the width, height,
   and depth so that it matches the settings you noted in step 4.

Repeat steps 1 through 9 for each additional grow motion you want to use.

STATUS
