To remove Outlook Express from a computer that is running Windows 98 or Windows Me:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Click the Windows Setup tab, click to clear the Microsoft Outlook Express check box, and then click OK.
  4. Quit Control Panel.
To install Outlook Express on a computer that is running Windows 98 or Windows Me:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
