SYMPTOMS
========
 
After deleting a security from a Microsoft Money 98 file, it still appears
in the Portfolio Manager in Microsoft Investor, even after reimporting.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this problem, you can either manually delete that security in
Investor or delete the entire account and reimport or re-link it.
 
To delete a security in Investor, follow these steps:
 
1. In Portfolio Manager, right-click the security name or symbol, and then
   click Delete.
 
2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
 
To delete the account and reimport/re-link it, follow these steps:
 
1. In Portfolio Manager, right-click the account name, and then click
   Delete.
 
2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
 
3. On the File menu, click New Account.
 
4. Click Import From Microsoft Money, and then click Next.
 
5. Either import the account or link it.
 
6. Continue through the New Account Wizard, choosing the correct Money data
   file and account(s).
