SUMMARY
=======
 
This article offers a method for rendering images, including the icons. You
can do this from one of the default non-perspective views (Top, Right,
Front, and Ortho) with the GL Hardware renderer.
 
MORE INFORMATION
================
 
1. Click the letter (left mouse button) of the view you want to render
   an image from (red highlight).
 
2. From the view you want to render, select Shade mode.
 
3. Click Setup, and in the dialog box, activate Show icons.
 
4. Select Camera, then Picture Ratio.
 
5. In the Picture Ratio dialog box, set Aspect Ration to 1.0.
 
6. Choose Render and in Render Setup, select the GL Hardware Render for
   Rendering Type.
 
7. For Resolution, set a value of 505 for X and 421 for Y.
 
8. Activate Specify Y.
 
9. Click Options and in the dialog box that opens, deactivate Enable
   Hardware Texture.
 
10. Activate Show Icons, Hidden Line, and BG.
 
11. Click OK.
 
12. In the Render Setup dialog box, click Render Sequence.
 
Your image should contain your object and all the icons (lights, wireframe,
camera, and so on). If you want to render in Shade mode, activate Shade in
the Display Optimization section of the Render Setup dialog box.
