SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to connect to Money Online Services, you may receive one of the
following error messages:

   - Money could not complete the call because Online Services did not respond
   in the allotted time. Please try your call again.

   - The call timed out because the server did not respond in a reasonable
   amount of time. Please try your call again later.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur for either of the following reasons:

 - The online services provider for your financial institution is experiencing
   higher than normal call volume.

 - Your modem is configured incorrectly.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the following methods.

If you have not changed your computer settings since the last time you connected
successfully to your financial institution, the online services provider for
your financial institution is probably experiencing higher than normal call
volume. Try connecting again at a different time.

If the issue continues to occur, contact your financial institution for
information about any current problems with the server.

If you use the CheckFree Services bill payment service or a CheckFree Services
partner financial institution, you can configure your modem to dial a different
phone number for a 28,800 bits-per-second (bps) or faster modem connection. For
additional information about how to do this, please see the following article in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

   Q219735 Money: How to Change to High Speed CheckFree Dialup Number

If the issue only occurs when you use an Internet connection to connect to your
financial institution, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) for
information about how to troubleshoot your Internet connection.

If you use a direct dial-up connection to connect to your financial institution,
and the issue is not caused by a server problem, verify that your modem is
