SUMMARY
=======

A cookie is a very small text file that a Web server places on your
hard drive to identify you when you return to that Web site. A cookie
can also contain your custom settings or personalized information for
interactive features on that Web site.

A Web site cannot use a cookie to access your computer or any of your
personal information, other than the information you voluntarily provide
to customize your settings for that Web site. A cookie from a Web site
is uniquely yours, and only the server that issued a particular cookie
can read it. It is not possible to execute a cookie as code, or to use
a cookie to deliver a virus.
