SYMPTOMS

In the Loan Interest Report, under Taxes, Microsoft Money reports an
incorrect amount for Principal.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This problem occurs in newly converted files for loan payments that have
extra principal transfers. Money is adding the extra principal payment to
the next transaction (loan payment) in the report.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this problem, enter your the first payment in the Account
Register of Money 98.
 
STATUS
======
 
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
