SYMPTOMS
========

When you print a report or article using MSN Investor, the column
headings and other items that are displayed as white text with a green
background do not print.

CAUSE
=====

This is usually specific to the display settings of your computer or the
printer drivers.

RESOLUTION
==========

NOTE: Because there are several versions of Windows, the following steps
may be different on your computer. If they are, please consult your
product documentation to complete these steps.

Change the Color Palette
------------------------

Change the display settings, specifically the Color Palette, to see
if that affects the output. To change the Color Palette, follow these
steps:

1. Quit all programs on your computer.

2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

3. Double-click Display.

4. On the Settings tab, click a different Color Palette setting.

5. Click OK, and then if you are prompted to, restart the computer.

6. Try printing from Investor again.

If this resolves the problem, contact your video/display manufacturer to
get an updated video driver that may allow you to print using the original
settings.

Also confirm that you have the latest printer driver for the printer you
are using. You may want to install an older printer driver to see if that
works.

Save as HTML
------------

If the above procedure does not resolve the problem try the following
workaround. If you have a copy of Microsoft Excel 97 or another program
that can open an HTML document, then you can save your data as an HTML
file, open it in that program and print it.

1. If the page contains frames, click once in the data frame containing
   the text you wish to print in order to activate that frame. Otherwise,
   start at step 2.

2. On the File menu, click Save As and save the data as an HTML file.

3. Open the file in another program and print it.

Once the file is in the other program, you can make other modifications as
needed.
