SYMPTOMS
========

In the Investment Portfolio, when you double-click the news icon for an
investment, Money displays the Investment Details area instead of going to
the Internet to read news for that investment. This problem may occur even
if you double-click the icon while the "Double click to view news for
<Security Name>" ToolTip is showing.

CAUSE
=====

The hyperlink associated with the news icon is very small, and it is hard
to double-click the exact spot for the hyperlink.

Normally when you double-click any investment, Money displays the
Investment Details area. This is what happens if you miss the news
hyperlink.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, use either of the following methods:

 - Try to get the mouse pointer right over the icon or a little to the left
   of it. You will eventually hit the hyperlink.

    -or-

 - Try increasing your screen resolution. To do this, use the right mouse
   button to right-click the Windows desktop, and then click Properties on
   the shortcut menu. On the Settings tab, move the slider under Desktop
   Area to the resolution you want, and then click OK.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
