RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, re-create your password list file. To do this, follow
these steps:

1. Before you rebuild your password list file, make a list of all your network,
Microsoft Windows, program, and Internet passwords.

2. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Windows Explorer.

3. On the View menu, click Options or Folder Options.

4. On the View tab, click Show All Files.

5. Click to clear the "Hide file extensions for known file types" or "Hide
MS-DOS file extensions for file types that are registered" check box.

6. Click Apply, and then click OK.

7. Close Windows Explorer.

8. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.

9. In the Named field, type "*.pwl" (without the quotation marks).

10. In the Look In box, click My Computer, and then click Find Now.

11. Rename all of the files in the list of found files. To do this, follow these
   steps:

   b. Press HOME, type a single-digit number at the beginning of the file name,
      and then press ENTER.

13. Restart your computer to rebuild the password list files automatically when
   you log on to Windows.

NOTE: If Microsoft Windows 95 Service Pack 1 is installed on your computer, your
password list files may still be damaged even after you rename and rebuild them.
