SUMMARY
=======

This procedure ensures that the motion from the end effector an IK chain
follows the Translation of its Parent:

1. Load a Primitive Null.

2. Position Constrain the Primitive Null to the end effector.

3. Relax the Constraints of the Primitive Null.

4. Select the end effector, and Position Constrain it to the Primitive
   Null.

5. Select the Primitive Null. From the Motion module, choose FcrvCopy
   -> Object -> All (or whatever the Fcurve type(s) are), and then pick the
   end effector. The animation is copied from the end effector to the
   Primitive Null.

6. Select the end effector. From the Motion module, choose -> FcrvReset
   -> Object -> All. The end effector's animation is removed.

7. Make the Primitive Null a child of the Parent object that includes the
   IK chain of the end effector.

8. Right-click to select the whole hierarchy (in single mode), then rotate
   and translate the hierarchy; the end effector no longer drags behind the
   rest of the hierarchy, but follows the hierarchy's transformations.
