SYMPTOMS
========

Investments imported from Quicken may not include a purchase price.

CAUSE
=====

In the case of a security transferred from one account to another in
Quicken, the price and commission for the security are not being imported
into MSN Investor Program Manager for the second account.

NOTE: Quicken doesn't reflect the price and commission in the account to
which securities are transferred, but displays the average cost per share
and issues a warning that certain calculations may be incorrect in the case
of a transfer.

RESOLUTION
==========

Do not transfer securities in Quicken for any accounts that you want to
import into Investor. Record the transaction as a Sell in one account and
a Buy in the other account so that the correct price is recorded in the
accounts.

Update the transaction details in Investor.

NOTE: If you reimport, you may have to correct the transaction details
again.

STATUS
======

This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a
future release.
