SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you access the Internet Gaming Zone, you may receive the
following error message:
 
   Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This behavior can occur when a Zone server is not available or when there
is a problem downloading Zone controls to your computer.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method for the version of
Microsoft Internet Explorer installed on the computer.
 
Internet Explorer 4.0
---------------------
 
To resolve this issue on a computer running Internet Explorer 4.0, follow
these steps:
 
1. Click the Refresh button on the Internet Explorer tool bar, and then
   link to the Internet Gaming Zone again.
 
2. Empty the Temporary Internet Files folder, and then link to the Internet
   Gaming Zone again. To empty the Temporary Internet Files folder, follow
   these steps:
 
   a. On the View menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
 
   b. Under Temporary Internet Files on the General tab, click Delete
      Files.
 
   c. Click OK.
 
3. Delete the contents of the Downloaded Program Files folder, and then
   link to the Internet Gaming Zone again. To delete the contents of the
   Downloaded Program Files folder, follow these steps:
 
   a. On the View menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
 
   b. On the General tab, click Settings.
 
   c. Click View Objects.
 
   d. In the Downloaded Program Files window, remove each of the following
      files. To do so, right-click the file, click Remove, and then click
      Yes.
 
       - HeartbeatCtl Class
       - ZmenuCtl Class
       - ZnavBarCtl Class
       - ZsetupCtl Class
       - Heartbeat.inf
       - Heartbeat.ocx
       - Znavbar.dll
       - Zsetup.inf
       - Zsetup.dll
 
      NOTE: Some of these files may not be present.
 
   e. Close the Downloaded Program Files Window.
 
   f. Click OK, and then click OK again.
 
Internet Explorer 3.02
----------------------
 
To resolve this issue on a computer running Internet Explorer 3.02, follow
these steps:
 
1. Click the Refresh button on the Internet Explorer tool bar, and then
   link to the Internet Gaming Zone again.
 
2. Empty the Temporary Internet Files folder, and then link to the Internet
   Gaming Zone again. To empty the Temporary Internet Files folder, follow
   these steps:
 
   a. On the View menu in Internet Explorer, click Options.
 
   b. Under Temporary Internet Files on the Advanced tab, click Settings.
 
   c. Click Empty Folder, and then click OK.
 
   d. Click OK.
 
3. Delete the contents of the Occache folder, and then link to the Internet
   Gaming Zone again. To delete the contents of the Occache folder,
   follow these steps:
 
   a. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
 
   b. In the Named box, type "occache" (without quotation marks), and then
      click Find Now.
 
   c. In the list of found files, double-click the Occache folder to open
      it.
 
   d. On the Edit menu, click Select All.
 
   e. On the File menu, click Delete.
 
   f. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the files.
 
   g. Close the Occache window, and then close the Find window.
