SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you start Microsoft Bob, you may receive the following error message:
 
   Home Caused a (GPF) in Utopia.dll
 
CAUSE
=====
 
The DiskWatch utility that is a component of the ZipTools included with
the IOMega ZipDrive conflicts with Bob.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
Follow the steps to resolve the problem for the version of Windows you are
using.
 
Windows 95
----------
 
Use the Close Program List to close IOWatch.
 
1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE on the keyboard to open the Close Program
   List.
 
2. Click IOWatch to select it.
 
3. Click End Task. This will close the utility and allow Bob to run.
 
Windows 3.1
-----------
 
Prevent the IOMega Zip drivers from loading.
 
There is an icon for IOWatch in the Startup group of Program Manager. Move
The IOWatch icon to the ZipTools program group and restart Windows to
remove it
temporarily.
