SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you connect to MSN Gaming Zone, you may receive the following error
message:
 
   Failed to connect to server.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This error message can occur for any of the following reasons:
 
 - You change your password after you sign in to the Zone.
 
 - The Zone server is unavailable.
 
 - Your Microsoft Internet Explorer settings are not configured correctly.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
 
Method 1
--------
 
After you change your Zone password, disconnect from the Zone, quit Internet
Explorer, and then reconnect to the Zone and sign in with your new password.
 
Method 2
--------
 
If the Zone server is unavailable, you can press the F5 key to try to reconnect.
 
Method 3
--------
 
Configure the Internet Explorer settings. To do so, follow these steps:
 
1. Double-click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop.
 
2. On the View menu (Internet Explorer 4.0) or Tools menu (Internet Explorer
   5.0), click Internet Options.
 
3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Settings.
 
4. Click "Every time you start Internet Explorer," and then click OK.
 
5. Click Delete Files, click OK, and then click OK.
 
6. Restart the computer.
