RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the following methods.

Locate and Remove Blank Spaces in Security Symbols
--------------------------------------------------

To locate and remove any blank spaces in the symbols for any of the securities in
your portfolio, follow these steps:

1. On the View menu in Portfolio Manager, click to select Show Sold Securities.

2. On the View menu, point to Group Investments By, and then click Account.

3. In the list of securities, double-click any security symbol that is blank, or
   that contains blank spaces.

4. On the Transactions tab, look at the transaction details to determine if you
want to keep the security in your portfolio.

5. If you want to keep the security in your portfolio, on the Summary tab, click
Change, type the correct ticker symbol in the "Ticker Symbol" box, and then
   click OK.

If you do not want to keep the security in your portfolio, click OK, click OK
again, right-click the investment, and then click Delete. If you are prompted
to confirm the deletion, click OK.

6. Click Refresh on your browser tool bar, and then on the File menu in
Portfolio Manager, click Update Prices Now.

If the issue continues to occur, proceed to the next method.

dial-up Internet connection, follow these steps:

3. If you use Internet Explorer 4.x or earlier, on the Connection, click to
clear the "Connect through a proxy server" check box, or click to clear the
"Access the Internet using a proxy server" check box, and then click OK.

If you use Internet Explorer 5, on Connections tab, click Settings, click to
clear the Use A Proxy Server check box, click OK, and then click OK again.
