SUMMARY
=======

64 bit encryption is available only on Windows NT 4.0 with Internet
Information Server (IIS) 2.0. To implement 64 bit encryption you must use a
special version of schannel.dll for your NT server. Microsoft requires you
to apply for a license for the dll. The dll is distributed without cost but
is not publicly available. The license agreement may be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/industry/bank/ under the OFC section of the Online
Banking area.
