SUMMARY
=======

The OFC Specification and the Document Type Definition (DTD) are meant to
be used in conjunction with one another. The OFC specification is best
suited for:

 - Determining the expected server usage of various elements like STATUS
   and ACTION elements in various scenarios.
 - Determining how to handle error cases on the OFC server
 - Determining valid lengths of elements
 - Determining expected values of elements

The OFC DTD is best suited for determining valid aggregate and record
definitions. For simplicity, some optional elements were removed from
record definitions in the specification. The DTD is also the best source
for determining valid start/end tag requirements for each OFC element.
During certification, Microsoft will expect your server to comply with both
the OFC specification and the DTD.
