SUMMARY
=======

This information is intended for use by banks and solution providers who
are evaluating or implementing a home banking server solution using Open
Financial Connectivity (OFC) and Microsoft Money.

For a fuller description of Open Financial Connectivity, please see the OFC
specification. The specification is available for download on the Microsoft
Web site:

   http://www.microsoft.com/ofc/dev/toolkit.htm

The CLTID field contains an identification value normally provided by the
client software. In the case of unsolicited responses there will be no
CTLID available to the server. When this occurs, the server should return
a STATUS element value of "4" and the CLTID should be set to "0".
