SUMMARY
=======

If you downloaded Microsoft Money for Windows 95 from The Microsoft
Network or World Wide Web during the free trial period, you can back up the
file to floppy disks.

MORE INFORMATION
================

The file (Moneymsn.exe or Moneyweb.exe), you downloaded from The
Microsoft Network or World Wide Web is approximately 2.9 megabytes.
This file size is too large to copy to a single floppy disk. To work
around this issue, you can back up this file to disks using the
Windows 95 Backup program.

To Back up a file
-----------------

1. Select disks where you want to back up the file.

NOTE: The backup process overwrites any information on the disks.
If you use 1.44 MB disks, you usually need three disks.

2. Start the Backup program:

    - Click the Start button, point to Programs, point to Accessories,
point to System Tools, and then click Backup.

NOTE: If the Backup program is not available on the Start menu, use the
following steps to locate and start Backup.

   a. Click the Start button, point to Find, and then click Files
      Or Folders.

   b. In the Named dialog box, type the following:

         backup.exe

   c. In the Look In dialog box, select My Computer from the list.

   d. Make sure the Include Subfolders box is selected.

   e. Click Find Now.

   f. Double-click Backup.exe.

NOTE: If the Backup program is not installed, you can install Backup
from the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Control Panel. For more
information about how to accomplish this task in Windows, see your
Windows printed documentation or online help.

3. Step through the Backup dialog boxes until you reach the dialog box that
asks you to Select Files To Back Up.

4. Click the file you want to back up. The default file names are:

    - "Moneyweb.exe," if you downloaded the file from the World Wide Web.

    - "Moneymsn.exe," if you downloaded the file from the Microsoft
      Network.

5. Click Next Step.

6. Click the icon of the floppy drive where you want to back up the files.

7. Click Start Backup.

8. Name the back up set of disks "Money4" (without the quotation marks).

NOTE: Label all disks used for the backup in sequential order.

Restoring a Backup File
-----------------------

1. Start the Backup utility.

2. Click the Restore tab.

3. Insert the last disk you used to back up the file.

For Example, if you used three disks to back up the Moneymsn.exe
file, you would insert the third disk.

   restore. For example, select "Money4."

5. Click Next Step.
