SYMPTOMS
========

If you try to print a single check (1 check remaining) using the Hewlett-
Packard (HP) LaserJet 6P driver, you may receive a "No Paper" error
message.

WORKAROUND
==========

There are two methods to work around this problem. One method uses a
different HP LaserJet driver. The other uses the manual feed option for
your printer.

Workaround 1
------------

1. Install the driver provided in Windows for the HP LaserJet 5P.

2. After the printer driver is installed, start Money.

3. On the File menu, point to Print Setup, and click Check Setup.
   In the list of printers, click the HP LaserJet 5P.

4. If needed, adjust the printing alignment.

   a. On the Tools menu, click Options.

   b. Click the Print Checks tab.

   c. Enter your adjustments.

Workaround 2
------------

1. Start Money.

2. On the File menu, point to Print Setup, and then click Check Setup.

3. Choose Manual (tray 1 pause) as the paper source.

4. Remove any paper from the multiple purpose tray on your HP LaserJet 6.

5. In Money, click Print Checks in the Account Register to begin printing.

6. Wait a few seconds until the printer driver brings up a "Feed Paper"
   message in Windows. Click Close in the Feed Paper message.

7. Insert the check into the printer.

8. Press the button on the printer (the printer has only one button).

9. The printer's paper light should stop blinking and feed in the check.
   If it doesn't, remove the check, reinsert it, and press the button
   again.
