To print continuous labels to an ImageWriter from a Works Database
file, do the following:

 1. Open Works and then open database you want to use.

 2. On the Insert menu, click New Form and type a form name.

 3. Under Form Sizes, click Label to use Works' pre-set labels. If
your specific label is not listed, click Custom to create your
own custom size label. To create a custom label size do the following:

    To determine the label height:

       a) Measure from the top of one label to the top of the next label.

       b) Under Size, click the number for height and use the up or down
arrows to set the number closest to your measurement.

    To determine the label width:

       a) Under Size, click the number for width and use the up or down
arrows to set the number closest to the width of your label.

 4. Click Page Setup and do the following:

       a) Click Tall Adjusted to place an x in the box.

       b) Click No Gaps Between Pages to place an x in the box.

       c) Click Custom Page Size and set the dimensions you
measured in Step 3, and click OK.

       d) Click Document and set your margins:
          Top: 0 Bottom: 0
          Left: .125 Right: 0

 5. Click OK until you return to the New/Setup Form dialog.

 6. Click OK.

 7. In the Insert Fields dialog, click a field to be placed on
the label, and then click Insert Field. Do this for each field you want
on the label and then Click Done.

 8. Position the fields on the Form as you want to see them on the label.
Once the fields have been properly placed and formatted, on the View
    menu, click Data View.

You are now ready to print your labels.
