SYMPTOMS
========
 
When trying to connect to the Internet Gaming Zone to play Classic Internet
Gaming Zone games, you may receive the following error:
 
   Failed to connect to the Internet Gaming Zone server
 
CAUSE
=====
 
This error occurs if you are not connected to the Internet before
attempting to run the Internet Gaming Zone software, or if the server port
is not configured properly.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
To resolve this problem, make sure you are connected to the Internet
through your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) before starting Internet
Gaming Zone using the Start button.
 
If you are connected to the Internet and still receive this error,
configure the Internet Gaming Zone server to use server port 2001. To
change your server port, do the following:
 
1. Start the Internet Gaming Zone.
 
2. Click the Server button.
 
3. Change the Server Port to 2001.
 
4. Click OK and then click Connect.
