SUMMARY
=======

This article describes how to create multiple page reports from your
Database document. By default a Database report will insert up to five
fields per page; if more than five fields are inserted, the report will
create multiple pages.

MORE INFORMATION
================

To create a multiple-page report, do the following:

1. Open your Database document.

2. On the Insert menu, click Report.

3. In the Report Generator, name your report and click Next.

4. In Fields Available, select each of the fields you want to add to
   the report and click Add.

   NOTE: If less than six fields are selected, the report will only
   be one page. Select at least six fields for a two page report, 11
   fields for a three page report, and so on.

5. After adding all your fields, click Done.

6. On the Format menu, point to Report Options and click Layout.

In Layout view, you can move to different pages of the report and move
or delete fields. Along the bottom edge of the window you will see the
title of your report and two arrows; the right arrow moves you to the next
page of your report and the left arrow to moves you to the previous page.

To move or delete fields in a report do the following:

1. In Layout View, navigate to the page where you want to move or delete a
   field.

2. Locate the line titled Data; the fields for this page of the report
   will be located above the Data line.

3. Click the field you want to move or delete.

4. On the Edit menu, click Cut to remove the selected field.

5. If you want to move the field to another page, navigate to that page of
   the report.

6. On the Edit menu, click Paste. The field will appear above the Data
   line on the left side of the report.

7. Move the field to where you want it positioned above the Data line.
