banks and comes pre-installed on some new computers.
 
 1. Q. How do I know if I have the Home Banking Edition of Money?
 
    A. The opening screen of Money displays:
 
          Microsoft Money 97
          Version 5.0
          Home Banking Edition
 
       Additionally, if you click About Microsoft Money on the Help
       Money, the version is identified as the Home Banking Edition.
 
 2. Q. How many different Online Banking relationships does the Home
       Banking Edition support?
 
    A. The Home Banking Edition supports only one Online Banking
       relationship per file. You can obtain support for multiple
       financial institutions by upgrading to the retail version of Money.
 
 3. Q. Can I convert my previous Money files to use with the Home Banking
       Edition?
 
    A. Yes, your data file can be converted. The Home Banking Edition
       supports only one Online Banking relationship. Before converting
       your data file ensure that all Online enabled accounts are using
       identical names
 
 4. Q. How many Online Banking accounts can I have with my financial
       institution?
 
    A. The Home Banking Edition of Money supports the same
       number of online accounts as the Money 5.0 retail version. The
       number of different online accounts is determined by your
       financial institution.
 
 5. Q. How can I change the financial institution I originally
       set up?
 
    A. You must disable the current Home Banking partner in Online
       Services Setup and then run Online Services Setup for the new
       financial institution.

       NOTE: If you attempt to enable more than one financial
       institution for Online Services you receive the following error
       message:
 
          The Home Banking Edition of Money allows you to set up
          Online Services for one bank only.  If you would like to use
          Online Services with multiple financial institutions, please
          go to a local retailer to obtain the full product
 
 6. Q. Will the Home Banking Edition support existing Investment
       accounts?
 
    A. Yes, the Home Banking Edition will continue to support existing
       Investment accounts and Online quotes. However, you cannot
       create new investments or investment accounts in the Home
       Banking Edition.

 7. Q. Does the Home Banking Edition support Online Quotes?
 
    A. Yes, you may still update your existing Investment Portfolio
       with Online Quotes.
 
 8. Q. What charts and graphs does the retail version support that the
       Home Banking Edition does not?
 
    A. The following charts and graphs are not supported in the Home
       Banking Edition:
 
        - What I Have: Account Balance History
        - What I Have: Account Details
        - Investments: All Charts and Graphs
        - Taxes: Capital Gains
        - Taxes: Loan Interest
        - Taxes: Tax Software Report
 
       NOTE: This list of charts and graphs still appears in
       the Money Home Banking Edition but they are disabled. If
       you try to access one of these reports, you receive the
 
       following error:
 
          The Home Banking Edition of Money includes a limited set of
          available charts and reports.  If you would like to use all
          of Money's reports and charts, please go to a local retailer
          and purchase the full product.
 
 9. Q. Which of Money's Planning Wizards are disabled in the Home
       Banking Edition?
 
    A. The Savings Calculator and the Interest Estimator Planning
       Wizards are disabled in the Home Banking Edition.
 
       NOTE: These two Planning Wizards appear in the Money Home
       Banking Edition but they are disabled. If you try to
       access one of these Wizards, you receive the following error:
 
          The Home Banking Edition of Money includes a limited set
          of wizards.
 
           If you would like to use Money's full set of wizards,
           please go to a local retailer to obtain the full product.
 
10. Q. Is there a rebate incentive for customers using the Home
       Banking Edition of Money who wish to upgrade to the
       Money 5.0 retail version?
 
    A. Yes, the Home Banking Edition manual contains a $10 rebate
       coupon and instructions on how to take advantage of
       this offer.
 
11. Q. How does the Home Banking Edition Users Manual/Help differ from
       the Money 5.0 retail version?
 
    A. The Home Banking Edition manual is written to provide easy
       to understand information for the supported features of the
       Home Banking Edition. Features not available in this version are not
       mentioned in the Home Banking Edition manual or help.
