SYMPTOMS
========
 
When you double-click on the Toonz icon, Toonz starts, but only after an
extended period of time.
 
CAUSE
=====
 
When running Toonz on Windows NT, it may be necessary to add FLEXlm to the
variable path.
 
RESOLUTION
==========
 
If you experience a delay when starting Toonz, add flexlm to your variable
path by completing the following steps:
 
1. Open Control Panel and double-click the System icon.
 
2. From the System Environment Variables, click 'path=c:\flexlm;path%.
 
3. Click OK to accept the change and close the dialog box.
 
4. Reboot your machine.
