SUMMARY
=======

You can quickly access the last five transactions for a particular payee by
using shortcut menus. Select the transaction closest to the new one you
want to enter; Money then fills in the new transaction based on the
selected transaction.

MORE INFORMATION
================

This feature is helpful if you have recurring payments or deposits
using the same payee name that differ in amount or category. A payroll
deposit that differs in amount every other paycheck would be a good
example.

When entering a new transaction, type the payee name. The AutoComplete+
feature in Money fills in the amount and category information from the last
transaction to this payee when you tab out of the Payee field.

To review other transactions for this same payee, right-click the
Payee or the Amount field and point to Previous Amounts on the shortcut
menu. A list of the last five transactions appears with the amount,
date, and category for the last five similar transactions, payments or
deposits, to this payee.

Click the transaction closest in amount and category and Money
replaces the information in the new transaction.
