SUMMARY
=======

There is a limit of 79 active payees when using Online Bill Payment through
VISA Interactive or any bank that uses VISA as the service provider. If you
attempt to add an electronic payee beyond this limit, you will receive a
message in the Call Summary from VISA Interactive stating that you have
reached the limit.

MORE INFORMATION
================

To add a newer electronic payee once the limit has been reached, you need
to disable payees that are no longer needed. Disable the payee(s) by
contacting VISA Interactive customer support or by using other VISA devices
that allow the disabling of payees.

You cannot disable an electronic payee within Microsoft Money.

This limit is imposed to allow compatibility with legacy VISA devices
(such as VISA touch tone phone interface) that may only support up to 79
payees.

This limit only applies to electronically enabled payees, those created
from Epay (Electronic payment) or Apay (Automatic electronic payment)
transactions.

Microsoft and VISA Interactive have confirmed this to be a limit in
Money version 5.0. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
