1. On the Window menu, click Draw On.
 
2. Click the Arrow tool in the Tool palette.
 
3. Drag a rectangle around the objects you want to select.

   Press and hold down the SHIFT key while you click each object you want
   to select.

---------
 
Press and hold down the COMMAND key while you drag a rectangle around
the objects you want to select.
