This is John Dundas' disk image of VAX/VMS version 3.0, distributed by
request and with permission of John (see email chain below).

John provided the rk07 disk image. The simh vax780 emulator that I include 
is for FreeBSD (12-RELEASE, intel x64). For other platforms, you will obviously
need to use the corresponding simh vax780 executable.

I tested it only as far as "PLEASE ENTER DATE AND TIME":
