replaced when passing a Drag&Drop command line; $$ during this is
converted to a single $, where substitution is from left to right
- Own Shutdown routine (will be called if /shutdown is _not_ set)
- /shutdown_timeout	milliseconds; sets the time (0..32767, default
2000) after which SMU under MagiC - after receiving OK from all
AP_TERM-capable applications but aborting the Shutdown due to
non-termination of others - initiates a second Shutdown to terminate
  remaining non-AP_TERM-capable applications
- /timer	hh:mm	shutdown (starts the Shutdown program or calls the
SMU-internal Shutdown routine at the specified time)
- Files without an extender are now - if SMU does not leave starting to
the AVSERVER - generally started as TOS programs
- If SMU starts programs itself, it attempts to evaluate the x-attribute
so that programs without an extender can be recognised correctly
  as well

automatically to the current AppLine position
  (at present horizontal only)

- If * or ? occur in path names then everything after the
last backslash is passed as an extender, otherwise *

- If files are dragged to the Start MeUp! window via MultiTOS
Drag&Drop or VA_DRAGACCWIND the Start Me Up! popup is opened and
the selected program is passed the dragged files as a command line
- Start Me Up! allows the AV-server to open folders specified
  using /folder
- The "Drives" entry is now enabled when subsequently enabling an
  AV-server
- Start Me Up! now takes care that its popup is not removed from the
  screen completely

CrazySounds - or WeirdMac samples (HSN)

- /pop_display, /pop_drag - refer to START.SET for details
- After /desktop an optional ob_spec.index value for the Desktop
background can be specified in decimal number format

  which saved a few kilobytes
- The call to the PureC ("sprintf()") library routine was removed
  and replaced with internal code
- /small displays Start Me Up! at the same height as AppLine
  (set /xoff 74 in APPLINE.INF)

  desktop with menu bar

  latter as an environment variable)
- If an AV-server is active (e.g. Gemini, Thing etc.) SMU starts
programs by sending a message to them. The result: Data files
can be added to your popup and they will be handled as set up in
your desktop (e.g. If you configure *.SET files to Everest every
time START.SET is selected from the SMU popup, Everest is
launched by the AV-server and displays START.SET ready for editing
- Selecting a program in the popup while holding down the
[Alternate] key opens the folder containing the program using
  the AV-server
- Set "/avignore" in START.SET to disable the AV protocol functions
(this could be imporant as I have not yet tested AV functions :-)
