You must either supply a userid/password that has been enabled for access, or
add a new userid/password by running on each node:
# /opt/SUNWscvw/bin/htpasswd /opt/SUNWscvw/conf/users
desired-userid
Note: the -c flag must be given to htpasswd to create the users
file if the file does not yet exist.
