Stands for <h3>H</h3>yper<h3>T</h3>ext <h3>M</h3>ark Up <h3>L</h3>anguage.  Its the language used by the <a name="www">World
Wide Web</a>.  Microhelp supports a very small subset of HTMLs commands.

HTML instructions are enclosed in angled brackets '&lt;' and '>'.  The '/'
symbol is used to cancel a command.  For example <b>bold text</b> would use &lt;b>
to start the bold text, and &lt;/b> to finish it.
