Configuration
-------------

	1) Config File
	2) Command Line
	3) In Use, the GUI

Config File

	 1) Comments
Any line that is not recognised as an Option. Options must start
on the first character of a line to be recognised. White space is
	    significant.

	 2) HostList
comma separated list of hostnames to be shown in popup menu.

	 3) HostDefault
default hostname to connect to. Placed in writable field.
This does not need to be the same as any hostname in the
	    HostList option.

	 4) DisplayDefault
VNC display number to connect to if # < 100. if # >= 100 then
it is assumed to be a port number to connect to. Display
number 1 connects to port 5901 as default.

	 5) ColourFormat
Default format to select when connecting. This option accepts one
	    of the following strings.
	      8bppFixed
	      8bppTrueColour
	      16bppTrueColour
	      32bppTrueColour
	      AsServer

	 6) PollDelay
How often should the viewer send mouse updates and request
changes to remote frame buffer. number sould be in centi-seconds.

	 7) RequestUpdateDelay
How often the screen update request should be sent. note that if
an update arrives then a new update request will be sent. number
	    sould be in centi-seconds.

	 8) MouseUpdateDelay
How often mouse events should be sent. Any button changes are sent
as they happen ignoring the requested delay, so only mouse movement
is in effect delayed by this option. number sould be in
	    centi-seconds.

	 9) SessionOpenSize
Accepts an integer number from 1 to 100. The session window will
be opened at this percentage of the current Acorn desktop
	    screen size.

	10) ToolBar
Enable and Disable the toolbar in the top left corner of the
session window. Option accepts a string of 'On' or 'Off' any
other string will default to 'Off'.

	11) ForgetPassword
When enabled will remove the password from the icon in the
connect dialogue box. Option accepts 'True' to enable and any
other strings default to disabled. The password is removed when
a succesful connection is made to the VNC server and an
authentication is attempted, it need not complete succesfully
for the passwor to be removed.

	12) TCPNoDelay
When set to 'On' will reduce latency by sending packets immediately
rather than waiting 200msec which is the default behaviour for
	    TCP sockets.

	13) FullScreen
'True' will connect the session in fullscreen mode by default.
'False' will connect the session in Desktop mode.

Command Line

	-useRMA, -noRMA
Tells !VNC to allocate the frame buffer using RMA or dynamic areas.

	-passwd <filename>
read password file instead of reading the writable icon in the
connect dialogue box. The password in the file must be encrypted
	   using 'vncpasswd'.

	-raw, -rre, -corre, -hextile, -copyrect
These options can be used to increase the priority of one type
	   of encoding over another.

	-nocopyrect, -norre, -nocorre, -nohextile
These options can be used to stop the corresponding encoding
	   being sent to the viewer.

	-shared, -viewonly
viewonly has been tested and works.
shared is untested but can be expected to work. No other options
can be expected to work and will have unpredicatble results.

In Use, the GUI

	Clipboard support:
when text is selected on the remote machine, it is now possible
to save it on the local machine from the save	box attached to
the iconbar menu and also from the toolbar menu. It is possible
to send text to the remote clipboard by dropping a file onto the
session window. All you then need to is paste it into the
appropriate document. No checks are performed on the file type
so you can drop a binary file into the session window and that
will be placed into the remote machines clipboard. More usefully
you need not change the filetype of the file before you save it
into the vnc session so files containing text but with a file type
other than 'Text' can be used.

	IconBar:
	  Select Click:
This opens the session window if you are already connected.
	  Menu:
As you would expect opens the applications main menu.
	  Adjust Click:
This will open the connect dialogue box with the default
options or the last set of options used to connect.
