In this document the term 'program' covers the executable, documentation and
any associated data. By taking, and keeping, a copy of this program you are
deemed as having read, and accepted, the terms of this copyright notice.

The term 'program' excludes the data contained within the two data files
which accompany this application (the dictionary and thesaurus). The data in
these two files was gained from, and remains within, the public domain.
However the actual data files themselves (in their compressed state) are
covered by the term 'program'. ie. Although the files themselves are covered
by the terms of this document, you are free to do what you like with any
text you extract from them (in uncompressed form).

The term 'program' also excludes the 'ImpulseII' module which is supplied
with this application. It too remains in the public domain.

The term 'program' also excludes the 'Word Hound Extras' collection, which
are covered by their own copyright notice.

The author reserves the right to take action against any individual, company,
or organisation that acts in such a way as to break the conditions specified
in this document.
