Vector Font     Notes on Use

The Font implements the Latin 1 alphabet, with some extra
Greek and other characters.
All of the keyboard characters are available. 
In addition all of unseen characters are also available.
(Apart from control characters ASCII 0 to 31)
These unseen characters can be accessed by holding down
the Alt key and entering the ASCII code on the numeric key-pad.
On releasing the Alt key the character should be displayed.

For instance <Alt 177> will give 

In order to access these characters by this method the
International keyboard module must be in memory.

An alternative is to use !Chars program available with
Computer Concepts Impression, RISC OS 3, and elsewhere.

Within programs these characters can be included in text strings
either by typing as just indicated, or by referring to their ASCII
code.

For example  dimension$="123.550 "+CHR$(177)+" 0.005"

will allow dimension$ to be drawn as "123.550  0.005"

The table in Section 16 of the Reference Guide indicates the ASCII
codes for the Vector Font character set.
