Extended International Keyboard

Ensure that the International Keyboard module is active.
IF NOT    *RMReInit InternationalKeyboard

The extended set is available by pressing <Alt> and
typing the ASCII number on the numeric keypad.

On releasing the <Alt> key the character will appear.

eg typing 174 will give 

Some characters are available directly from the keyboard.

eg <Alt> <R> also gives 

The characters available are:

<Alt><2>   
<Alt><3>   
<Alt><9>   
<Alt><0>     degrees symbol
<Alt><r>   
<Alt><y>     yen symbol
<Alt><s>   
<Alt><z>   
<Alt><x>   
<Alt><c>     cents symbol
<Alt><m>     Greek mu
<Alt><<>     multiply symbol
<Alt><>>     divide symbol

The characters 129 to 161 have been redefined within Vector Font
This means that the use of the <Alt> key as above will not display
the expected Vector Font character on the screen.

An alternative is to construct the required string by using CHR$( )
eg A$= CHR$(169) will make A$="".
