This
page describes the ViewStation's video memory.
Video memory
supports resolutions up to 1280x1024 pixels, with 1 or 8 bit planes of
depth. Memory is installed as either 1 MB or 2 MB, depending on the
monitor requirements. Color handling is done with a TI TLC34075 palette
chip.
The ViewStation's video memory is completely separate
from its DRAM memory.
