Save As
Use this window to specify a name for a
Personal Session Configuration,
in order to save and later reference the configuration with that name.
To do this:
-
Enter the configuration name in the text box.
The name can contain the characters A-Z, a-z; the numbers 0-9;
and the hyphen (-).
- Click OK.
Saving a new configuration creates a new entry in the
configuration list (which appears when you first invoke WinSetup).
You can use this to start up a session with that configuration by
selecting the configuration by name from the WinSetup window,
and then click on the Start
button when the Personal Session Configuration window appears.
When starting a DOS or Windows session with the command "dos"
or "win" you can specify the use of any of your saved configurations
using the "+k" option. For example, if you saved a configuration
with the name "win40", you would start a session with that configuration
by using this command:
win +kwin40
